This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of the WeeBie website and the hosted demo at demo.weebie.net (the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data, or to bypass any access control or usage limit;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services except as expressly permitted by our Security & Responsible Disclosure Policy;
  • Introduce malware or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or overloading infrastructure;
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Services without our written permission;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity; or
  • Use the Services to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

Demo-Specific Rules

The live demo is a shared, evaluation-only environment. When using it, you additionally agree that you will:

  • Not enter real sensitive data. Do not submit real personal information, protected health information, payment data, credentials, trade secrets, or other confidential or regulated data into the demo. Use synthetic or example data only.
  • Accept that demo data is transient and may be reset, purged, or made inaccessible at any time without notice;
  • Not rely on the demo for production use, and not attempt to reverse engineer or repurpose the demo environment; and
  • Respect rate limits and refrain from load or stress testing.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and take appropriate legal action. We may also report activity we believe is unlawful to the relevant authorities.
